Very tricky online frauds.. they give fancy offers and take money from us.
Don't pay online or even COD .
Big scam going on and lotting money from public.
Government should not allow these sites ...ban it please...

It has been 2 months since we placed these orders. What the hell is going on? Refund my money now!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Or you will end up in prison...

I placed an order on 13th feb with unboxed.in, i paid rs2500 in advance. The order is not shipped yet and no communication has been provided by unboxed.

There is no customer care number, only an email address ([protected]@unboxed.in) on which i have already written 5 times without any response.

Request either full refund or delivery of the product within...

Order #[protected] my order i'd. This order was paid online on the 22nd of jan. Today is the 15th of feb and i haven't got my order yet. The online chat which is available at times gives silly excuses and the customer service is disappointing. They do not reply to emails. It seems it is a fraud company who takes money online and does not deliver on their promises....

First of all, the site only supports prepaid order. No cash on delivery, this already raises suspicion. Secondly, I had paid for a order 3, 700 which is a huge amount and i didn't receive any information about my order. Did not receive any product. Even the customer care never responded. Please shutdown the website or at least mark it as fraudulent. My bank account is out of 3, 700 and i have nothing in return....

A friend of mine ordered 125ml of davidoff cool water for me last november and prepaid it. It came in the last week of december and damaged too. I had it returned and instead of refunding it, we were informed of a replacement bottle being sent which i have not received until now. I wrote on your site but no response. Youv'e given a tracking number same as the previous one and bludart cannot process the tracking number since its the old one....

I had ordered two perfumes vide order numbers #[protected] and #[protected] on 12th jan 2020 and 16th jan 2020, respectively. I was told that the expected time of arrival is 10 days. The given number of days expired for the first order and the second order is nearly completing 10 days. Honestly, i don’t believe it takes 10 days to just ship a perfume.

For the first time I actually went out of regular websites and ordered perfume from a unknown website due to the discounts they provide.
Turns out to be a big mistake. Was looking 6000rs perfume for 4050rs.

Received order on 5th november. The perfume is fake, doesn't even last for 5 mins and no one is responding on whatsapp, phone calls and emails.

This is a fraud company and fooling the customers by selling fake and counterfeit perfumes in the names of famous brands.

The products also pose big threats to the skin

I had ordered 2 perfumes from them on 8/10/2019. The order number is[protected]. The order has not been shipped and there is no reply to any emails.it was a prepaid order worth 4097 rupees. I have lost complete faith in trying to contact their customer support team as they are completely unresponsive. Have been looking for ways to resolve this issue therefore this complaint here. I had ordered a perfume on april 12th, 2019. Order number[protected]. The product was never delivered, and there was no response from the customer support team, despite trying to contact them multiple times. On may 8, 2019 i received a response from mr. Mohit to an email i had sent, saying that the product would be delivered within a week. Needless to say, it never happened, nor has the amount been refunded....
