Dear sir i gave of order of 2 perfumes last on 12th august 2019 unboxed.in and they sent me fake perfumes. Order id order #[protected]

I called at their given customer care numbers but they not picking the calls.
I also mailed to them at their given mail ids on their website but not got any reply.
I also sent message on their facebook page and also not got any reply.

Pls refund or give me proper replacement with original ones order id order #[protected]

They sent me fake perfumes and i raised a complaint to refund or replace but they are not responding.
They are totally fraud.
Pls take some serious action against these fraudsters.
They are doing fraud business selling fake perfumes. And taking people hard earn money by doing this type of frauds.

Order:[protected], i ordered perfumes from unboxed site on 10th sept. Luckily got partial delivery of my order on 12th sept. One of the perfume (Narciso 100 ml for women) i received is a fake one. Smells very different from original & hardly stays for an hour.
Since 12th sept, i have already done ample emails & whatsapp messages but not even a single reply from unboxed team.

Even the option to return the product is inactive on their site.

And one product, burberry perfume still awaited.

I Had ordered for 3 perfumes, .order no.[protected]..I had received 2 items out of 3 and now one of the perfumes still remain not delivered Till now it's only partially fulfilled and one of the perfumes is not been delivered worth 3900 all fully paid.

It's been over 2 months and till date no response on their numbers or customer service. Pls help with this Mohit guys no.

Worst is when you pay such amounts and then get all mixed and fake products it's hurts.

I tried to order 2 perfumes, the payment was debited and sent to their bank account still order was not placed. I have been trying to call the customer support like 100 times, the whatsapp messages are being delivered but no one is picking up the calls. Any leads on what i should do next? I have to get the money back.

Ordered was placed on 18.June.2019.
This was for perfumes and online payment was made for Rs.2798.60.
The website says order was fulfilled however I have not received the products, the website provides tracking details on bluedart, which is invalid.
The phone number given has no response, there is no customer support or social media links which work.
There is no way to contact the people of this website.

I have placed an order request for jlow glow perfume on 19 aug 2019. My order number is #[protected]. I have not received any update on this about shipment. I have already paid for this order. The company has not sent me any shipping information yet. They have not replied to any of my emails that i sent to their email id.
I need the refund for the money paid by myself now. I have tried to contact them via mobile and emails but all my efforta went into vein as they are not responding at all.
I want my money back as soon as possible

Bought a perfume from unboxed.in on 12th august 2019 now it is 24th till now they have not shipped the order number[protected]. Please don’t buy perfumes from unboxed.in and perfumery.in and from the project alternative sites.
Even sent a message to mohit the owner of the site who might have cheated thousands of people sitting in gujarat

Please help on this issue else will be escalating directly through court

I ordered a perfume from this website on 15th of august 2019, which cost around 2999 inr. But i want to cancel the order that has been made by me. But their tricky website has no way to cancel to iour order. Infact, the contact number also invaild. I tried mailing them with given mail id on their website, but didn't get any reply.
I want to cancel my order and i want my money back from them.

I had purchased perfumes from this online site unboxed.in with order id[protected] on 16 jul 19. So far all efforts to contact the company regarding the non receipt of the items has failed. No reply call or tracking information is available. I feel cheated.
Their 30 sec call back is fake. Online assist they dont reply and email also no respone.

I have ordered a perfume from unboxed.in on 7-May. I have paid for the product online.
So far, the product has not been dispatched yet. I tried to call their customer care number : [protected], unable to connect to it.
Tried speaking to their agent through online chat: the first one (Anna) said she will arrange a call back immediately with the customer sales team on 11-May. I have not received any call yet.
Tried speaking to another online chat (Mohit) today on 14-May. He is not even responding.
Tried a lot to contact them, but to no avail. Starting to wonder if this is also one of those fake sites.

I purchased a perfume alexa by projekt perfumery on 25 th april, i did not get any order id or any confirmation for the same. I paid in full by online payment to them. All my efforts to contact them are futile, no responses to emails, customer service phone number does not pick up call or call ban
So i have no idea if my order has gone through.

Hi i was regular customer o[censored]nboxed.in and bought many perfume and had never came across this situation basically i have ordered two issey miyake 75ml perfumes with ordered number[protected] when i recieved the stock one was good but other one was fake with very bad foul smell and when i called customer care number o[censored]nboxed the guy said me to fill the return form provided on wedside when log in and i did but no response for more than one week and again i filled another form and its more than week and still no response. Never expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional and cheating attitude of e-commerce company.

I have bought 2 perfumes from unboxed.in when get on 16th march the perfume saw the quality was not matching the the standard i called and told them to take the perfume and make the payment of the same, they said will arrange a pick up sp far no pick up is arranged and now the phone no is not been picked

I have kept the perfume in the same condition kindly confirm what is the next thing to be done they are not receiving the call or not replying the email

My order has not been delivered. No reply from their customer support or telephone. My payment of 2, 100 /- not returned. This seems to be a fraudulent website.

I have sent them over 4-5 emails over the past months. There is no reply. Their telephone is not reachable. There is noone who replies to the chat notification on their website as-well. I would think a website like this should be shut-down.

I had purchased versace pour homme from unboxed.in. It was the unboxed version. They advertised on the website that the unboxed perfumes were 100% genuine. Not so. The first spray was disgusting and it smelled like stale socks. I contacted mr. Mohit khatri. He said he would return pick up the perfume and replace it for me. More than a month gone and nothing has happened yet. The perfume is boxed and ready for return pick up. I am advising people to be wary and avoid purchasing from this website.

I bought 4 perfumes of but i received only 3. I got "acqua di gio, for men, eau de toilette" of 200ml in place of 100ml with the cap and spray damaged and "1 million limited edition for men eau de toilette 100ml" was not sent (Missing), "aqua by roberto cavalli" damaged. What is even worse is all the 3 perfumes i have received are fake. One cannot get it touch with them on the returns link provided on the website as it does not show your order number in-spite of entering your email or mobile number, and so you cannot proceed further. The live chat is another scam where there is no response and they do not get back. It's shameful that these people operate websites to cheat people with such impunity.

I bought a perfume from unboxed.in which costed around 12k for rs.4, 899.30 during the new year offer (Order #[protected]. Eventhough the deal was too good to be true, i went ahead and bought the perfume as the fan following in social media for the this site as well as its sister sites were good and my existing bottle of the same perfume was getting over.
After getting the product, i realised that i was cheated smartly. Eventhough the bottle seemed to be authentic (Without cover), perfume i got was watered down/diluted so much that i could smell the raw alcohol clearly on application and the scent was horrible after few sprays. Since i had a bottle of the same perfume, i was able to make out the difference easily. I am posting this here so that future consumers will be more smarter than me, not to fell into such traps.

3. All this is making me wonder about their reliability and genuineness.
i request for delivery or refund of the amount paid and replacement of the product delivered.

Before buying from Unboxed i saw its testimonials and researched about the genuineness of their products. I even saw few complaints here and then decided to buy from Unboxed.in. I bought a Polo Ralph Lauren Blue perfume which is my favorite and have been using from long time. The perfume got delivered withing 3 days and i was soo happy and excited. as i opened there was a little spillage which was ok with me, then i opened and smelled the perfume cap and damnn i was soo happy to smell the genuine Rl Blue smell, But as i sprayed the perfume the smell was completely different. It was not a RL Blue at all. Rl blue 1 spray will smell even 10 ft away but this was not the same with the perfume i got from unboxed . I was sooo unhappy smelling the perfume juice . I dont understand how the cap smelled of the genuine perfume and not the perfume juice itself.

I immediately left an not on the website raising my concern which i addressed to Mohit. I havent heard back from him neither did i get any revert from their team. Even after soo much of negetivity out there i trusted the company and bought the perfume and i am disappointed .

I had ordered thrice from unboxed which were good enough, this time i ordered to gift my husband - hugo boss night for 1599₹ and the order i received is completely fake. Just after few days i went to mall. And purchased original which cost me but but got premium one. Now since 2 weeks i am following up with unboxed several names like - shruti, tanisha, cust care and mohit himself but responses are fake too. Either no one will respond calls or they will give fake commitments. For my own hard earned money i had to call them so many times for refund. What should i do???
