[Resolved] Uni Services — demanding money and threatening in the name of legal notices | |||
I have started this work from 22nd of august and they have given me a stipulated time that is 15days... They said that it is part time job but even if we do in full time it is not getting completed and they said they will provide the fonts and all but the helpline is proving help only for 150 forms out of 1500 forms... The font is very complicated and they are no telling the format also... Today is my submission... Even after getting to know that it is afake company am trying to complete the work but they are not letting me do it they are calling continuosly and are threatening me to take extension by paying 7600 while the fee was only 5200 in that fake agreement but they are threatening me of legal notices and are saying that i need to pay them 15000 or 50000 to the legal department... Am a student from a very humble backgroud i cannot afford to pay so much... If i could i wouldnt be taking up such jobs so please look into the matter and please help me as soon as possible i have the call recordings of the company to prove that they are threatening me.. Now they have changed there company name to digital services, I did all the work and 945 form are perfect, my qc has failed, now they are threatening me saying I have to pay 8000 which was 5000 while signing agreement, according to them 116 forms are wrong, in which most of them are actualy correct. I don't give a damn because I am ready to hire a advocate and lodge a police complaint, what ever effort I have put, I want that money, in fact more than that for threatening me, some sections and all they have sent according to so and so section you will be behind bars and all, I will make sure they face all the sections, join your hands with me guys. Let's all fight and gt paid for the genuine work we have done

Maine b ye company se kaam liya tha aur time par ubmit kiya lekin mujhe unke lawyers se call aur mails aa rhe h k paise pay karo nhi to legal action lenge.. I feel they are fraud... humsab milkar ek hokar ladte hai...jo help chahta h muje join karo...lets help each other...Lets join all n take action against them... They cant do this to us...
