Unicornstore.in / Unicorn Infosolutions — Harassment Complaint against Apple Reseller - Unicorn

I had placed an order and when i got to their store it was a long queue 0f maybe 1000 people where there was no seperate queue for people who had pre-booked the device.
What's the point of pre-booking and giving 10k in advance when I have to wait in queue whole day after travelling 80 kms and now have to come back again and still wait tomorrow or maybe even day after.

I still haven't got the device.
