[Resolved] Uninor / Telenor — Complaint about deactivation of incoming and outgoing service | |||||
Sir, This is Tarun Kumar Tiwari. I have a telenor no. [protected] which was deactivated on 10-Oct-2015 in evening. After two days on 12-Oct-2015 I went to telenor care to submit my document to re-open incoming and outgoing service at my nomber. Today is 24-Oct-2015 at now my complaint has not resolved. 've been ported from aircel to telenor
And on the day itself I did a recharge of talk time sms and whatsapp data also..! But I never get internet settings,
And SMS r not going from my numb to any numb.
And if any one wants to all me hardly. And luckily. Only few times their call connects to me. I complained many times to custo.er care but they only take my complaints but never solved my problem.. Please help me out
