Uninor / Telenor — my mobile number [protected] got deactivated without any information.

Dear Sir,

I have ported out my Tata Docomo Postpaid number [protected] to Telenor Prepaid and number got activated on 23/04/2017 and after 3 months and 7 days on 28/07/2017 at 5:34PM my number got deactivated without any information.
Number was in active state and it has not been switched off more than 48hrs during this 3 months and 7 days, even it had internet usage on 1st 25-30 days after number was activated. It already has voice call usage during this 3 months and 7 days.
At the time of Disconnection it already has balance of about ₹22.

I have already contacted Telenor Customer Care they told that number has been expired and they don't have any details why this number has been deactivated and told me to contact Telenor Store.
On contacting Telenor Store they also don't have any information regarding this number as telenor system is not showing any details regarding this number.
I have also twitted the issue on twitter, but not received any reply from Telenor while Tata Docomo has replied.

For your kind information bills are paid in advance before porting this number to Telenor and all dues are cleared before due date. I also have Bills and Payment Receipt as proof.

KINDLY PROVIDE DETAILS WHY THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED?
