I got an advertisment paper in that they given instructions that they are installing the tower to villages, this paper is came to our village panchyat under the rural development scheme, in that only contact number is given. I talked with a person he told first you need to register with 5100 rupees amount payable to our account not in terms of D.D or Check, only have to pay cash then we will visit to your land after 10 days. On 18/08-2015 i deposited 5100 rupees in the name of Dheeraj Kumar A/C[protected]Canara Bank) IFSC Code : CNRB0001149 Branch : Navyug Market Ghazizbad. Email id :[protected]@gmail.com. Contact Number : [protected], [protected] After two days he sent me the agrement documents and told to deposit 15000 rupees for agrement, i told i cant pay now so i want to cancel application, so please refund my money. From the past one month i was trying to call on above number but it is switched off. please find out that person and take an action on. please try
