Union Bank Of India — Kvs fees deducted but payment not completed | |||
Respected sir; I am Anurag Sinha Resident of Patna Bihar. My sister is a student of kendriya vidyalaya Bailey road Patna Bihar in class 7 A .Therefore all the fees payment of the vidyalaya are done through union bank of india. I tried to pay my sister fees of ruppes 1835 through the union bank of india online portal. But the money initially got deducted but the payment was not completed . And still after full 3 working days I have not received any kind of refund in my kotak bank account through which the payment was made. Transaction reference no is[protected]. Payment was made on 15th of Oct 2021. My sister unique student I'd is [protected].
