Union Bank Of India — money deducted but recharge not successful | |
I tried to recharge a number with rs 349. Due to technical glitch recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my bank account. I did the recharge on 9th jan 2018. Even after 15 days transaction reversal has not been done to refund the amount I have even talked to "billdesk", the merchant. They say that they have done their part of the process and now it is up to the bank to refund the amount. I have even tried contacting union bank of india. But i don't seem to get any kind of support from them. Bank account name - union bank of india.
