We had purchase cinema ticket with book my show through net banking we didn't get thethe ticket and 320/-money was deducted my account details are as follows. So please refund my account

On 23 Dec I tried to transfer ₹10000 to bank of Maharashtra account through Bhim UPI. Money is deducted from my account but not transferred to receipient.
