Union Bank Of India — problem with kv fees online for october-december 2017

Sir/madam, i have paid the kv fees online for october-december 2017 on[protected]At around 08:50pm) of my son who is studying in k. V. Iim, lucknow. I have logged into the website "https://eremit.unionbankofindia.co.in/KvFees/" through google chrome browser. After paying the fees of rs. 2700/- from online sbi, the connection of your https secured server got cut. My amount of rs.2700/- is deducted from my sbi account and credited to inb kendriya vidyalaya sangat bill_kvsan payments (Ref: [protected]). But when i clicked print receipt it is telling me the payment is not made. But when the payment history is clicked it showing that the "transaction initiated".
