[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — u mobile app is not working

I am using redmi note 4 mobile and i have installed u mobile app but when i opened this app and clicked to proceed its not working and stopped in middle. I have used my registered number with bank to run this application.

For better understanding of my problem i have attached the screen shot of the problem.

Please resolve this issue.

Iam using NOKIA 6.1+ when i open umobile app it says, "umobile will not work with jailbroken/rooted device"
That is not rooted and the device is up to date and now on latest software pie.

Hi,
Not working on Huawei Nova 7i with Airtel sim... Before I m using this app, but no issues. Now also when I was select the sim it's working and shows you are already registered like that. After I put my login pin it's continuous loading but not open the account... Please help..
