ADHAR CARD No record found. Please refine your query and try again.

Hi all, I am in desperate need of help as i this is the second time that i have applied for my aadhar card and unfortunately the enrolment sheet that contained the details of my enrolment has got stolen. Hence I am trying all possible ways to retrieve the details of the enrolment sheet but all in vain. I have also tried to check for the the same on the UIDAI website but it is always coming up with the same error (Multiple records found. Please refine your query and try again ). Please suggest . days when i have tried to check the aadhaar status then they am showing me that
