It has been more that a month now but I haven't received anything helpful yet from UIDAI. Is there any other way I could reach you, because since email and post is not at all worthy. I am unable to complete many work related to my taxation, and if I came across any issue with it, it will be just because of you guys carelessness behaviour. And I'll forward the same issue to you guys if I receive from income tax deptt. then you guys will be responsible for the consequences. I was trying to update my permanent address online on the https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/update as the pin code mentioned on my Aadhaar card is wrong which states as 482001, whereas correctly it should be 482002. There is a flaw in their system because the postal area for the correspong pin code 482002 should be Gohalpur, but when I tried to update the correct information Gohalpur is not even on the list. I had called up the customer care executive regarding the same, inspite of helping me he just told me to submit request through post.

I have enrolled myself for Aadhaar card with my two family members. My EID - [protected] dated 23/04/2015 at 12:57:48. My Aadhaaar enrollment has been rejected due to unknown reason and enrollment is closed. But Aadhaar card of other two family members are generated. What is reason of it? Today I received SMS from BW-CBSSBI wherein it is said -"Dear customer, Your Ac. No. XXXXX636944 linked with Aadhar No. XXX09832 has been Rejected by NPCI.

I would like to know why is my Aadhar no not linked whereas it is mandatory to link AADHAR no. in Bank Account as per Bank Norms.

Enrolled three times for aadhaar but no use. First two times it was rejected on the grounds of data process error and was told to re-enroll. I along with my family members underwent Biometric Capture on 04/09/2012 at Banipith Girls School, Beadon Street, Manicktala in Kolkata-700006, vide Enrolment No.1040/19921/29985. All except me got their Aadhaar Letter/Cards. On my querry I am now e-mail replied that due to errors it could not be processed... I may re-enrol at nearest Enrolment Centre. I went to KMC-Building (Enrolment Centre) at 79, Bidhan Sarani, Kolkata-700006 on 09/02/2015 at 11:40hrs.and reported non-delivery of Aadhaar Letter/Card. Upon seeing the Acknowledgement Receipt, the dealing person told me "IT IS PROGRESS" and did not re-take my photo, finger-prints etc. I am aged Cardic Patient, failed to understand as to know why I am replied after 2yrs 3months of Biometric Capture ? Why I am told "IT IS IN PROGRESS?" What is reality then? Please Confirm.
