In my 33 years of life i have never complained against anyone... just imagine how lazy & rude employee she is that i need to complain against her ...
She is Aadhaar card employee in Dcb bank branch jogeshwari west mumbai 400102 ...
I went last week Wednesday to change a phone number on my Aadhaar card she told me the system is not working come tomorrow... i again went on thusday she told me there are too many customers & backlogs come on monday .. i again went on monday she is like you need to wait i waited 25 min she just took 1 customer .. than i told her i am getting late can i come later that day she told me come tomorrow... i had some work on Tuesday i skipped that dayy ... i went on Wednesday she told me mene Tuesday ko bulaya tha ajj time nahi ... she had just 2 customers & 1 was almost done ... i too got angry on her she is like ok wait half an hour .. i was like are you seriously kidding me just 1 customer that too for phone number change too ... thats pathetic & i asked her for name she told me fake name & the bank employee sitting beside her nodded her head & told me she is lying & she is the most lazy employee i have ever seen .. even branch security guard told me " sir kahi or se karva lo ye bohot batamiz hai " ... she doesn't wanna work & i[censored] go their she yells kya hai ... & sits like queen .. even bank staff doesn't talk to her ...
Please take a strict action... & also tell her don't trouble people in this difficult times .. they have gone through many difficulties in covid 19
NOTE - SHE IS AADHAAR CARD EMPLOYEE & NOT THE BANK STAFF
