Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — adhar card suspended from last two years

Hi,

My name is deepak sharm from faridabad-haryana. My adhar card is suspened due to unknown reason in sept-2017 for which i have made multiple request with multiple enrollement no by visting multiple registered adhar suvidha kendar at faridabad & regional offices at delhi & chandigargh as well.

But now 2 years has been passed my adhar no still not activated & last enrollement no. Is as below which is generated 60 days back when visited chandigargh regional office.

Due get this activated & highlight the issue i have file my complaint to the uidai official grivience portal & customer support email address as well & at the same timing i have try to talk to thier customer support cell as well at 1947, but nothing is working for me.
I have file a complaint at pgportal.gov.in and after 29th day of filling my complaint i get reply from chandigarh regional office that wait for some time, but how do i need wait is not clear. Their reply is also not satisfactory.

My daughter is mentally challenged baby with 5 years age, she won't be able stand on her feet. For her treatment and to get pyshical disable certificate i need to give my adhar no. Since she is not having any adhar no.

Here i am totally helpless & couldn't understand now what excatly i need to do.

Here i request you all to please look into this matter support me.
