Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — Requested to change adhaar address and gender but still not updated.

I am Arun Khajuria .My adhaar number is[protected]. Last time I updated my adhaar as adreess in Chandigarh but they have changed my gender as well. And now i am living in Hyderabad.
I have updated my Gender and Address, In Hyderabad on 21/11/2020.
Update Request No: [protected]
But my adhar still shows my old address and gender. Please do the needful.

Error Shown When I see Status:

Your update request has been rejected because you have crossed the allowed limit for Gender updates. For resolution, please dial 1947 or email to [protected]@uidai.gov.in and provide your Update Request Number from the enrolment slip. In case of escalation, please contact UIDAI Regional Office. Details available at www.UIDAI.gov.in

When i call customer care and raised a status about this matter and then they have raised the complain.and
