Unisyn Enterprise — not getting refund back | |||
A man came to us saying he was from TATASKY company. actually he was from Unisyn enterprise. we purchased two plans of tata sky each worth ₹2259 from him by paying with credit card. before installation of the plan we are requesting to cancel and refund the whole amount immediately because the service is very poor. we two buyers are Rushikesh Popalghat and Satish Khandagale. we had purchased together. I Booked the tatasky connection on my behalf on[protected] and paid the amount via PAYTM and my i got the receipt no .370231
The Executive Sumit has given company number and his number[protected], but no body lifting the call.
Kindly take up the action and please asked them to refund my money
