Unisyn Enterprise — unisyn enterprises amount paid for tata sky installation - no response till date - refund request

Recently, i paid 2259 amount via paytm upi transaction on 17 august 2019 for new tata sky connection. Executive name is kapil karle. ([protected]) he told that you will get confirmation from tata sky and installation will be done in 3 days but till now no response. Also communicated with tata sky they told that your request is not received contact dealer.

So could you please refund my money so i can go for another dealer
