Unisyn Enterprises — installation of tata sky not done. | |||
A representative by the name of priyanka from unisye enterprises had visited our premises on 12th september 2019. I applied for a new hd connection (Application number 363092) and gave him a rs 2259/-, on same date online transfer Though the form mentions that the installation will be done within 5 working days, but no one has called me for installation except for a verification call. I tried reaching the tata sky customer service but they don't seem to have any information regarding my application and asked me to connect with unisyn enterprises. I even called the unisyn office helpline numbers[protected] mentioned on the form but not able to get thru. I am totally helpless here. Please help get my hard earned money back.
