I have paid a sum of Rs.2250/- towards TATA SKY DTH dish, STB and two months telecast subscription on 21.05.2019 in favour of M/s. Unisyn enterprises vide their receipt no. 314453 dated 21.05.2019 through paytm, to their representative Mr. Mohit Kumar, representative code - BA-JATDE11700235. The service is not initiated till date. I have contacted m/s. Unisyn enterprises on phone [protected] many times and the representative Mr. Mohit Kumar on [protected], But there is no response either from the dealer M/s. Unisyn enterprises.I request M/s. Tata sky to instruct M/s. Unisyn enterprises to refund my money immediately without any delay since the services have not been initiated.
