Unisyn Hyderabad — installment of tata sky connection

A girl named rohini came to my apartment saying that she is from tata sky. She explained all the offers. As we don't have any connection, we thought we would take tata sky connection. Payed money through paytm and she said it will take 2-4 days for the installmemt. It has been a week now. But i did not get any sort of service. I am trying to contact her from 4 days. She is not responding to my calls and messages even.
