A girl named rohini came to my apartment saying that she is from tata sky. She explained all the offers. As we don't have any connection, we thought we would take tata sky connection. Payed money through paytm and she said it will take 2-4 days for the installmemt. It has been a week now. But i did not get any sort of service. I am trying to contact her from 4 days. She is not responding to my calls and messages even....

Got a call that installation would be done within a week but no response again. The person showed us few other customer applications too so we assumed that the company is true. I have paid 2735 from my paytm account to the guy from TATASKY he told that we need to upgrade it and we later realised he is fraud and we want our money back.

It's a big shame on TATASKY as they are not showing their concern on the customer and encouraging these fraud I am gonna give a complaint on it and take it to next level.

Please resolve our complaint as soon as possible....
