A person having id as employee @unisyn hyderabad have reached us for installation of tata sky. The payment was done to paytm user named unisyn hyderabad. Got a call that installation would be done within a week but no response again. The person showed us few other customer applications too so we assumed that the company is true. The payment was done on 11 may and its been more than a week. Please respond. Ive paid 2164/- through paytm. Transaction id [protected]
