Unisyn Hyderabad — product did not received till now

One of executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 02/3/2019 by name naveen (mobile-[protected]). He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.

I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.
