I have the few bonds with me and few certificates get lost during the house transfer. Now i have a one bond with me. So i just want to know all my investments tracked through my investor ID and the:procedure for claiming maturity amount. Verified Support Jul 15, 2020 Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Maturity has already been processed under Id no. 61758771 for US 64 bond certificate 10874963 for 115 bonds. The maturity cheque has been issued and same stands paid as per our records vide payment details are furnished below: Payment instrument no. :[protected] Instrument date : 20-Apr-2009 Amount : Rs.11888.13 Micr no. : 692612 Paid date : 06-May-2009 The interest amount of Rs.776.26 under Id no. 61758771 is reported as stale unclaimed in our records. To release the said amount kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder K JAGANNATHAN along with the self attested copy of signature bearing document as a photo Id proof, (i.e. PAN card/Driving License/Passport), address proof and copy of cancelled cheque or bank statement.
