Unitech Group — Possession of property in noida sector 117, unihomes

This is for your information that we have booked flat # 708, a2, unihomes, unitech, sector 117, noida, on dt 4/7/2009 and as per sr. No. 5-a (I) of allotment letter the possession of apartment was expected within 24 months. But we have still to receive the notice of possession from m/s unitech even after more than 90 months have been passed.

M/s unitech have promised us to handover the property in the year 2013 vide their e-mail dt 3.5.2012.

Now we rae not getting any reply from their end inspite of our repeated requests.

We have made 90% payment as per attached payment schedule. Now only 10% payment is pending.

Presently i (Vijay bhushan thapar) am working in noida and residing in sector 74 on rental accommodation. We have visited the site 4-5 times in last 6 months and no progress is seen in tower # a-2.

Kindly help in getting the possession of above said property or refund of our payment already made to them with interest.
