United Bank Of India [UBI] — extra rs.3 deduction

I have noticed nowadays that whenever am using my united bank of india account from phonepe each time using it is deducting extra rs. 3 over the particular amount. But while using sbi account for paying amount this is not happening.. Bank should inform us about this matter and look after this problem of deduction. They are giving no information at all. I minakshi basu ubi a/c[protected]...deposited a cheque of rupees 1 lakh(axix bank behala branch kolkata) on 17/04/2019 about 10:30 am in ubi garpar branch kolkata...today is 22/04/2019...but i m still not recieving the said amount in my bank account...
Pls credit the amount into my savings ac...coz its urgent

Hi i am rajdip sarka from kolkata and i have a problem . That is Amazon have refund an amount of rupee 949 but still now the refund amount have not reflect in my bank account. And they send us a mail that my refund amount have been refunded successful . But even adten 8 days my refund amunt have not yet refelect on my bank account.
