I am a regular customer at UCB. Was at kolkata airport at 520 am in the Benetton store. Had opened 4 tops and folded them back and had enquired about size availability in 2 of them
. The very rude saleswoman asked me not to open everything as they don’t suit me and to understand and not disturb her at “3 o clock” in the morning as she was alone. Surprised at behaviour of sales executives in franchises of so called international brands. Rather not shop at Benetton than be insulted.

Store told us that the jacket purchased can be returned within 30 days. We went to return the brand new product in 3 days along with the tag and bill. The store refused to accept it.
