United Colors Of Benetton — order placed using hdfc netbanking

I placed an order using hdfc netbanking offers tab on 4th oct. The money got deductued from my account but i didnot get message saying order is placed. I thought transaction is incomplete and i will get my money back and placed order again on 8th oct as i was needed that watch urgently. But same thing got repeated. Now i am money got deducted twice for same order and dont have an confirmation whether order is placed or not.

Please help me to get money back for one transaction and watch or money back for both the transaction
