Dear sir I had purchased benetton casual shoes from amazon. But the shoes are not good one Their colour and logo vanished too early. This is very bad service I thought benetton is a very big and good company but the shoes were very bad quality I want to return them but can not as they are used ones now. Hi i bought few fresh arrival t-shirts from the UCB store at connaught place, New Delhi, few months back. One tshirt out of which got torn from the places in couple of gentle washing. Felt very bad to see the stuff like this from reputed and my most trusted brand. Pse see at your end how you can rebuild the same trust with customers like me.
