It is with great regret that I am writing this letter to make you conscious to the inconvenience caused to me after availing your deficient services. I bought UCB shoe of rs2500.
I faced discrepancies., I went to my brother marriage but wen I reached placed I find new shoe stitching unstiched. It was so embracing that I have to leave the marriage .
But it is sorry to say that I am very unhappy from the quality of your brand
I got a major shock when the renowned brand shoe become like this
But now I will take up this matter with CEO o[censored]CB and will publish all this mail communications/my experience on the social sites/ consumer forums.
I am not trying to threaten you, I am disappointed with your approach towards end customer, so as an unfortunate customer o[censored]CB brand I am helpless to take up this matter with Higher Authorities who are ready to listen to customer who is being penalized without any reason.
Your company’s actions are also liableunder Section 2(1)(f) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 which defines ‘Defect/Service Quality’ as, any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the: Quantity, Quality, Potency, Purity or Standard that is mandated to be maintained either under law or under a contract or is claimed by any trader in relation to goods. Thus, your company squarely comes under the purview of law.
As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.
I would like to emphasize that:
· You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach.
· I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service.
Given the above sequence of events, I request you to provide me with the complete refund of my mobile or replaced with Upgrade Model.
In addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of INR 50000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused me.
