United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — Medical insurance policy - insufficient reimbursement claim

I am Dr. G. S. Naveen kumar having a medical policy no. [protected]P[protected] and company TPA ID MD15-[protected]
I got medical treatment and sugery (laser Prostectomy BNS + TRUP at G. V. Urology and Kidney Stone Center, Bengaluru and was intimated to the company. The medicals expenses bills and records for Rs 174078 was submitted for claim but I have received only Rs.95295 without any reason valid reason. Hence, I request to pay me back the remaining reimbursement claim amount.
