I had gone to rohtak between sector 2 and sector 3 for buying vegetables from where my vehicle was theft. Vehicle no was DL 8C DG9999. I had tried my level best to find out the vehicle but I had not. 8 had tried united india customer care no so many times but not able to contact.i had gone on the spot near about 0815 pm after buying my vegetables I found my vehicles was not there.

    Hi,

    I have submitted invoice and cancelled cheque to the surveyor and surveyor has submitted file to regional office. It has been two months since i have done all the formalities. Still the reimbursement has not reflected in my account.

    Now i am trying to register complain online but neither customer care is available on[protected] nor the link to file complaint online is working.

    There is no transparency of the status of the claim.

    I am continuously following up with the people assigned by uiic delhi branch, but nobody is reverting. No one is taking any responsibility.

    Claim number is also not shared with me..

    Hi, We have already informed and followed up three times about the Car#DL12CM5097 accident on 12th May with pictures but never received any revert from the company and neither Inspection officer was allotted. My policy got expired but still never received any response. This is all cheating with customer.

      My right hand was fractured and surgery performed. Till six month claim is disputed for printed name on cheque. I use current account and i am sole proprietor. Also c arm and transfer room charges were denied for 6 months and on contesting the same were allowed. Assistant doctor and physiotherapy charges beyond 60 days disallowed. This is unfair practise. As per terms and conditions insurance company cannot deduct assistant doctor charges. Also physiotherapy charges incuured within 60 days and paid after 60 days are payable. Also on proprietorship company is no company in eyes of law so insurance co could have made payment in my current account as i had provided gst certificate where my as well as my comnpanys name is mentioned. I was forced to open savings account for my claim
      I am planning to file consumer complaint. It seems uiic is twisting law and misinterpretating terms and conditions

        I am Vijay Bhalerao .My wife's medical claim for CKD HI-UIC-463852 is rejected for-
        1.Any pre existing conditions as defined in the policy until 48 months of continuous coverage of such insured person have elapsed since inception of her first policy with the company.
        I have got the claim for CKD in June 2015 Ref.Health India ID 9852594W.
        That time i have provided the insurance policies from 2011 to 2014-15.Based on the information my claim was settled in Sept 2015.
        Regarding the existing case i am getting different answers from TPA.
        First time they raised the issue of CKD for which i gave referance of June 2015 case.Then they raised the issue of continuation for which i gave the details of old policies.Now Yesterday they are rejected the claim with the new reason of Genetic disorder.
        Here i want to ask when a clain of 24K is cleared for CKD then why the claim of 240K is not cleared just because it is 240K?
        Hence my request is to consider the claim as it is already four month old case & we insure ourselves to get the help in emergency which is not in this case.

            Dear sir /madam i dharam pal singh state that i lodged a complaint earlier regarding in my health insurance claim of amount 11902 rupees..
            I am continuously calling on your number [protected] and extn no 130 annd 132 also..
            Nobody is helping, they simply passing the calls and playing a game with customer.. While taking policy you deal very fantastically and urge so politely but now when i am in need infact your customer is in need you don't bother that...

            My claim is pending from last three months... Is it the way to deal the customers.. It's not a huge amount.. Kindly look into the matter and please provide the fruitful solution.. It's a request of your customer.. Thanking you

              I dharampal singh have an health insurance policy of which no is [protected]p[protected].
              I claimed an amount for rupees 11902 rupees and that was till now not credited...
              Tpa assured us that they informed you. Its too late.. Kindly credit the amount please. It's urgent.

                Hi Team,

                My vehicle no: UP32 FC7916 met with an accident on 16-Feb-2018 and it was immediately towed to Renault Bodyshop in Lucknow due to immobilize condition .
                Bodyshop came up with a bill amount of 171539 INR.
                But UIIC have only sanctioned and deposited the amount of 152070 INR to Renault.

                However, my Renault Duster was covered under zero dep (head to tail) and this was the first time I met with an acccident.
                I specifically mentioned to the Renault Store Manager Mr. Kush Tripathi to only repair the accidental part.
                Still Mr. B.S.Pal (Surveyor) did not cleared the whole bill submitted by Renault.

                Further, to my request, Mr. Pal denied to give a justification for the amount not being fully paid. Also, I requested him to share his official email id so that I can have a written communication on the above issue. But instead, he refused to talk to me on this topic and stopped picking-up my call. I also requested for the submitted report or DO but no help till date.

                This is the worst situation where I am not getting any satisfactory response from United India Insurance Company.

                UIIC being a big brand, I was expecting some support and good service but till date I have been suffering and my car is still lying in the body shop.

                Request you to look into the issue and take corrective measure by further releasing the amount of 19469 INR else I will have to escalate it to higher level or I will take this up in consumer court.

                  I was admitted to the hospital from 8-oct-2017 to 11-oct-2017 due to the blockage of arteries, my ecg was also indicating heart problem due to which the doctors told me to undergo angiography regarding this i claimed for the reimbursement of my expenses under the policy no [protected]p[protected] submitting all the documents but they refused the claim.                     Sir I took a comprehensive policy of my bike Bajaj Pulsar 135cc through agent Bhavana oberoi w/o of Navneet oberoi. Firstly the agent didn't send me the policy through post so after waiting for around 1 month I myself visited him and requested him to deliver me the policy then he issed me the policy. But the policy is not proper as the policy is showing 150cc but it is in RC 135 cc. Also the policy doesn't bear proper signature of the authority and secondly It doesn't bear the required Stamp fees which is essential for every policy. When I requested him to deliver me the proper policy he infuriated at me and told me that I haven't taken the policy of a ship and it's a bike only.
                    Sir humblyI request you to help me in sending the proper stamped and signed policy with actual details and take action against such agent regarding improper conduct.

                      Respectfully it is submitted that i had lodged medical claim under the abovementioned policy vide my letter dated 22.04.2017 with b/o bathinda. All the relevant documents/bills were also enclosed. Despite several letters to bo bhatinda dated 22.08.17, 31.10.17 and 10.11.17 and even i also spoke to mr. Inderjit ghosh of ludhiana office, but till date my claim has not been settled.

                      You will agree with me that a complete one has passed but all my requests seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I therefore call upon your goodself and request you to intervene in the matter and get my medical claim passed without any further delay. Failing to receive positive response from your office i will be compelled to approach district consumers form/irda at your expenses.

                        My spouse was admitted and operated in sir shri ganga ram hospital on 3rd feb'18 where the total hospitalization expense was close to 1.66 lacs. I sent all the bills by 9th feb'18 and also resolved all the queries by 10th march'18. I was covered under ghpl tpa through my employer for 50k but not received any refund from the insurance company till date. Ccn no. 776003. Request you to pls intervene.

                        I never ever received any mail or call in this regard. By yesterday, suddenly I received a message from my bank that my account has been credited.I checked and confirmed that it was the reimbursement amount of my mediclaim. I once again thank everyone in the consumer complaint team for their help and support.

I. R. No.0233 dated 09.11.2016 against theft of motercycle. I complete all the formalities of insurance company.                               My claim for 7 nov 2017 is yet not settle i did not yet recieved claim no and my agent is not answering my calls, even if he answers he talks rudely and ask me to keep patients and every month he assures me by month end it will b credited in my account. He is lying and wasting time not even telling me exact reason. I dont even knw what's is happening, as every time he comes up with new excuse, he ia unprofessional and tells me company takes 4 to 6 yrs to settle claim.
                              I want to knw exact time for claim to settle? M senior citizen who is first not keeping well and dont have stamina to follow up, m mentally harresed and disturbed becos of this dispute of being regular premium payer. I visited tpa they asking to go fort. I am not condition to keep visiting office.

                                  Sir most respectfully i beg to state that my vehicle registration no hr20z2943 met a accident on 23/3/2018 around 12 noon as a dog came in front of my car and both front tyres of my car went in small pits made to plant trees in them in luvas hisar. As apparently there was not much damage to car with help of some boys i pulled the car out of pit and started my journey to mussorie. When i reached near hansi indicator of decreased engine oil started blinking in the car. So i took my car to nearest maruti authorised dealer jagmohan motors ltd. Hansi. Sa mr pavan kundu told me that oil pan is damaged and total cost of repair is only around rs 2000 so no use of taking insurance and file charge is around rs 1000 and you would not get benefit of no claim bonus also next time. So i requested him to repair my car. But after repair they told me that pick of of the car is very less and damage is more and my car's turbo is damaged and they are not having spare parts. They also told me that it is safe to drive only thing is that pickup would be less. So i brought my car back to my home at hisar and arranged another vehicle and went to mussorie. After coming from mussorie i went to modern automobiles hisar and requested them to repair my car on 30 march 2018 as i am having insurance of my car. On 31 march 2018 i got call from surveyor mr madhur thukral from his mobile no [protected] and [protected]. He asked me to come to his residence in sector 13 in hisar regarding settlement of my claim of insurance. Why he called me to come to his residence rather than in agency or his office? In the evening on same day he told me that cashless claim can not be given and that you should not have got your car repaired from jagmohan motors hansi. I tried to explain him everything in details but he told me that he is very busy and did not gave me time to meet me on 31 march 2018 and told me to come on monday 2nd april 2018. On monday again he did not gave any time to me to meet him and explain him everything. Then i met mr balram bhadhu do-2 o[censored]nited insurance company at ashok plaza hisar. He assured me that my case is genuine and he would help me to best of his capabilities. On evening of 2nd april mr. Madhur thukral told me that if i will show him toll receipt he would settle my claim. I said that i am having all the documents please give me time to show all documents but he did not gave me time.in the morning of 3rd april 2018
                                  I again met mr balram bhadhu and he promised me to settle my claim. At 12.53 on 3rd april 2018 i got a call from mr. Thakral and he said that he has a alternate plan to settle my claim and again at 3 pm he called me and told me that turbo loss and other damages can not be given. I again met mr balram bhadhu he told me that he is helpless and i must talk to higher officals or go to court. Sir in this entire episodes role of mr madhur thukral is highly suspicious and non professional on following ground
                                  1 why he wanted to meet me in his home?
                                  2 why he did not gave me time to explain my plea?
                                  3 why without going to site of accident or to jagmohan motors he denied me benefits of cashless claim?
                                  4 why they send me mail on 3rd april which is dated 31 march 2018 regarding denial of my cashless claim? So please sir do justice with me and take strong action against mr madhur thukral surveyor for his suspicious and unprofessional behaviour. My policy no is[protected]. Thanks sir.                                     I, dr. Surjeet kaur, i am a gynaecologist & obstetrician doctor by profession. I bought toyota innova in 2013 from jalandhar punjab. I use this vehicle for my day to day routine. When i bought vehicle in 2013 on delivery of vehical i took toyota protect insurance from authorised toyota dealer and continuously renewed insurance every year from toyota tsusho insurance broker india limited.

                                    On 21st july 2017 my car met with an accident at krukshetra. I lodged complaint with toyota dealer and they further intimated the said insurance company on 25th july 2017. Received message from tkm :

                                    “your claim is registered as clm11279642/123660. For support, please mail at [protected]@ttibi.co.in / call [protected] ttibi”.

                                    As a lay women and a widow lady, i followed insurance company they told me to release the vehicle on sburdgari from hour able court krukshetra and then make estimate. I done the same and taken estimate from toyota dealer and submitted the same to the surveyor mr. Rajeshwar (I was told he was appointed). Estimate of rs. 1223493.91/-. They declared the vehicle total loss. After that we received letter from united india insurance co. Ltd. On 27th december 2017 to release the vehical from court /police and give us your consent on attached format to proceed further. I requested to hour able court of krukshetra to give permission to handover the vehicle to insurance company on total loss basis. I got permission from the said court for handing over the vehicle to insurance company copy attached. I submitted the court order copy to jalandhar united india insurance co. Ltd office. Then after fifteen days i received a call from uiic to come and get the documents for release of payment. On there request i visited there office and i was surprised to see that they were paying me 162949/- against my idv of rs. 664949/-. I asked them whats the mode of settlement of payment against my idv value of rs. 664949/-. They were unable to explain.

                                    As and when they asked documents we then provided them. After this harassment we approached uiic grievance cell. Grievance number pg[protected]. But no response. Talk to toyota people but always get message from them we are communicating with uiic people. Will come to resolution.

                                    I fail to understand the mode of settlement of paying rs. 162949/- against my idv of rs. 664949/-.

                                    After such request we received one day a mail from toyota protect representative mrs prabha and with trailing mail o[censored]iic stating with false ple that we have transferred our vip no. To another vehical and this accident vehical got new registration no. We asked them who is cooking this all false stories. This is a false ple taken by them for not paying the claim as today the vehicle is having same registration number pb08bk0010 from purchase of new vehicle.
                                    Please note : when i studied this ple i got to know that my car appointed surviour mr rajeshwar is looking for money. He wants to sell the vehical to scrap dealer and also wants to sale my cars vip no. Pb08bk0010 to earn money. As i clearly told him to cancel my registration in rto and pay my claim. So due to his personal interest he made all mess in settling up of my claim what i got feed back and certain people o[censored]iic asked money for settling of the claim.

                                    Continuously they are giving some and other false pleas for not settling the claim. For not paying my claim.

                                    We buy insurance from toyota tsusho insurance broker india limited on much higher price from the market and we were told by toyota dealer that no hassle only claus of rs.2000/- will be deducted rest amount you will get paid in case of minor damage or major damages. These car companies are selling higher price insurance from market and customer buys these insurances from toyota to see hassle free in settlement of claims but i am afraid to see such a gesture o[censored]nited india insurance co. Ltd.

                                    I am writing to irda with ray of hope that i am a widow lady and you can understand how much i got harassed by these uiic people for not settling my claim against my idv value. I further pray to you to take strict action against surveyor mr rajeshwar singh from jalandhar punjab, united india insurance co. Ltd & toyota tsusho insurance broker india limited for misguiding / false pleas for not settling my claim on my idv value.

                                    For my justice i further pray to irda that my claim of vehical is lying pending with united india insurance co. Ltd. Jalandhar city branch punjab. I further pray to you to either get my vehical repaired or help me to get my claim settle on my insured idv value of rs. 664949/- (Six lack sixty four thousand nine hundred fourty nine rupees only) on total loss bassis.

                                      I, the undersigned, like to inform you that i have submitted one final statement of medical bill of my wife smt. Manidipa banerjee for rs.63250/- on 7th nov., 2018 to heritage tpa vide ref. No.: hh[protected]. Out of which a sum of rs.20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) was sanctioned by you on 10/01/2018. But unfortunately i have not received the sanctioned sum till date. May you be kind enough to look into the matter and resolve this matter immediately.
