I send my new document previously and call them many times but they do not respond me please do needful. If they found neft reversed then how the problem to do the payment my old account no which is closed at[protected] is [protected] and my new account no. is [protected] which is salary account. Plz tell me how much time did it take to do the payment.

    I have purchased insurance policy from POLICY BAZAR and insurance claim was forwarded vide dispatch no. 58 dated 11.4.2018 from United India Insurance Hisar (Haryana)Branch.
    Details are as follow
    Honda Activa
    HR20AA 5447 POLICY NO.[protected]( from[protected] to[protected]
    Very poor response from the Hisar Branch.They are telling that since I have purchased policy from POLICY BAZAR instead of branch, therefore, I have to suffer for payment of claim.They are making me to lose faith/trust in Policy Bazar.
    They have also charged Rs 1300/- in cash from me as SURVEYOR FEE.
    I have neither received claim nor surveyor fee refund so far.
    Delay of approximately 04 months.
    Kindly look into the matter for necessary action at the earliest.

    Yes, The united India insurance co is delaying all the claims. They didn't bothered of customer satisfaction. They don't want any body t claim, will interested in issuing policy and get money

      I acknowledge your query.
      In this matter i would like to inform u that i already submit the xray film along with claim form and other papers related to claim. After query raised by u.
      I talk to your indore office branch manager and he confirm that xray film lying with claim papers. Same day we talk to bhopal office and informed the same.

      2)- dr. Manish maheshwari confirm that he has mentioned on receipt of rs.3000/-, what for he has charged?. Please go through the receipt.

      3)- no lab. Report is there.. I have not claimed any amount. Hence questions doesn't arises for seal &sign of doctor.

      I have submitted a small claim amount appox. Rs.12000 only 45 days ago.
      In spite of all papers submitted in one brunch &still u are raising query only.
      U are requested to settle the claim.

      Once again i would like to inform u that as per my knowledge & co. Policy no need to hospitilised &/or 24 hours admission is required for such a minor injuries cases.

        I had done the operation of my father on june 2016 by giving the intimation to tpa they had said me to start the operation. And after submitting the file in mumbai office by myself bcoz i don't have any agent to do all this.

        After some days they repudeated my claim saying that its b4 the period, but at the time of intimation i had said everything about the opretion,

        From june 2016 to till date i am following with all people in mumbai tpa and uiic office in pune on mail to rectify the problem and pay me but now no body is replying my mail.

        Doctor had also said me we can wait on medicine basis, first check the status o[censored] r claim and i tpa accepted and i start the process and now i am stuck in the between with u r company

        Kindly some one look into it and help

          I reside in bangalore city and had purchased uiic motor insurance through policy bazaar.in the last week of may, i met with a small accident and requested the surveyor to visit the workshop and necessary actions were taken. The bills and the subsequent documents were provided which was duly submitted to the bangalore surveyor.
          It's been more than 2 months from the time i submitted the documents. I haven't got my money back nor is anyone replying to the mails. I have tried talking to the manager, have tried contacting customer care (It's either busy or could hear it just ringing), i have written multiple mails not just to bangalore office but also to delhi office as they have told me that necessary action has been done from their end and rest is to be dealt with delhi office. I have also mailed customer officers and head office, but haven't heard anything back from them.
          Can someone help me with this.

            Dear sir,

            In reply to the above referred letters, I have to reply as under

            Clause No 3.40:

            LUCENTIS® (ranibizumab injection) is a prescription medicine that you may receive from your Retina Specialist. It was approved for wet AMD by the FDA in 2006 for treatment of patients with wet age-related macular degeneration

            Vision loss is due to eye contains extra amounts of a protein called VEGF. It is one of the causes of leaky, abnormal blood vessels. The excess fluid that comes from these blood vessels can accumulate and lead to changes in vision.

            LUCENTIS is used for the treatment of patients with wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD), diabetic macular edema (DME), and the 2 forms of macular edema following retinal vein occlusion (RVO): branch RVO (BRVO) and central RVO (CRVO).

            Clause No. 2: The issue is already dealt with in the my earlier court order in my earlier claimed settled by Hon. Court in verdicts vide orders the copies of which has been submitted t UIIC

            I would like to bring to your notice that Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum of Ahmadabad City – Rural,

            had passed order vide CDRF No:569/[protected]@A’bad and another order CDRF No:803/[protected]@A’bad in similar Circumstances in my case which was not contested by UIIL and paid in full together with interest @ 9%

            The copies of the Order along with Statement of payment breakup are attached here with for your kind perusal. You are requested to do the needful and oblige.

              My son was treated for cataract at Kapil Eye Hospital, Ambala City, Haryana State and total bill was abt Rs 43, 000. As per policy document his entitlement is 25% of sum assured which comes to Rs 75, 000. However when the claim was filed TPA of Insurance company, emeditek, deducted about Rs 12, 000. In spite of my repeated calls they are not giving any reasonable reply as to why this has been done.

                Patient was again admitted for wound infection that also TPA has approval cashless claim and We have send previously and discharge summery of copy when stent was kept mail date -24/03/2018

                Kindly go through the case in detail all time history CT scan report was suggesting of same and we mentioned it from our side there is no discrepancy of in providing past history /illness

                After 3 month of patient discharge why is the reason for nonpayment?

                    I reside in Bangalore City and purchased online Bike insurance from Policy Bazar for the year[protected].I had an accident on 10th April due to vehicle skid while trying to avoid a person who was coming on the wrong side of the road. I left my bike for repair on the same day and was told to pay upfront and go for reimbursement later.All required papers were provided to the insurance company and it took good 45 days for the papers to be sent across to Gurgaon as the Bangalore team confirmed it is not possible for them to process in the same city as the policy was purchased online and it belonged to Gurgaon. Later I had written a note to the Gurgaon team on 4th June and it was forwarded to another team who in turn asked me to respond back with the previous policy copy which I did the same day. Till date I haven’t received any response.Tried all possible Email / Phone no's but unable to get through anybody.Policy No:[protected].

                    Received Positive response from Mr.Hariharan DY.GM who immediately forwarded the case to CRM DRO 2 for looking into my case. I got a email response from Mr.Deepak Sharma (RM N.Delhi) who stated that my claim has been approved and the claim amount would be refunded within today. Overall i am glad after so much struggle i was able to get the much needed refund. The top management has been very responsive not sure why the people downstream failed to act and responded only after an escalation.

                      Said Health Insurance Claim is already approved by UHIP TPA a month back & they have confirmed that Payment to the Insured is Pending from UIIC, I tried to reach UIIC Claims Department officials in all the ways via Call Center, sent e-mail communication, Called on Policy issuing office, Contacted Chennai Head Office over the Phone, Registered Complaint with their Grievance Cell but no response from any of these ways about my claim settlement, Later i have escalated this matter to their Management Board 2 days back mentioning all these information on e-mail, still i have not received any of the communication yet from any of these channels as of now, being myself in Insurance Industry after providing all the relevant claim document without any query i am still struggling to know my claim settlement, what would be the situation of common man who tool insurance from this PSU Company, DO not know how this company is running their Business in Indian.

                      Now I got Update from UIIC that Irresponsible People who are sitting at UHIP TPA have wrongly updated my Bank Account Details in their Records even after holding my Original Cheque Leaf in their hand, Hence the payment got rejected.
                      Really its a worst experience with UIIC, No one will take responsibility in this Organization to Address Customer's Queries.

                        Policy no [protected]p[protected]. Uhid no [protected] patient’s name mrs indra dasgupta. Hitpa claim no[protected]. Insurer claim no [protected]c[protected].
                        Reimbursement of hospitalization bill for rs 415968/=submitted on 20/2/18 at hitpa office kolkata query letter replied on 19/3/18. Bill approved for rs 400000/= by hitpa on 22/5/18 and informed that payment process is being initiated. But regret to inform that till date no payment has been made by uiic. The balnce amount of rs15968/= has also been approved under super top up policy. I would request you to look into the matter and credit my a/c immediately.

                            I am a capgemini employee. This is regarding the claim for my son abel. Policy number - 1264470. He was admitted in nicu at the time of his birth last year april. It is more than an year now and i have not yet received the claimed amount. The service provider uhc has clearly mentioned in mail that it is a mistake from their side that accidently closed the claim without checking all the docs. Please see the below mail from uhc.

                            There was a oversight while assessing the claim documents of mast. Abel (B/o neema).

                            We had the cancelled cheque details saved in the other claim of ms. Neema.

                                I have submitted the medical bill of my husband mr. Saroj hansaria id - hhs8.[protected] which includes two bills of two different hospitals. First bill amount was rs. 2, 42, 944/- and second was rs. 2, 61, 905/-. But payment was made only for the bill amounting rs. 2, 42, 944/- and the other is not yet paid. May i know the reason why the other bill is not yet being paid and please let me know within how many days the other bill will be cleared. We have already send all the original copy to your company. I have also attached the photo copy of claim form part - a and part - b.
                                All the original bills were submitted to heritage health insurance tpa, bangalore.

                                The claim amounts of claims are Rs.111302/-, 105465/- and 17370/-.

                                These bills claimed during Sep and October of 2017 is pending for nearly 9 months and i have received mails confirming the status as processed and approved for payment. Despite my continuous reminder i unable to receive the claim amounts.

                                You are requested to immediately arrange to make payment of my above bills.

                                  Myself is Mr M K Vaghela and was having group insurance policy o[censored]iic under dena bank employees group insurance policy. My insured ID is SE[protected] and dedicated health services is TPA. Health insurance claim of my was was submitted on19.03.2016 and claim No is DHS[protected]. DHS has sanctioned my claim but payment was returned as bank details I submitted was not matched. Thereafter I sent cancelled cheque and requested to release payhment. But inspite of my number of requested to Dedicated Health Services for releasing the claim, they informed me that now their work of sanctioning claim has over and now we can only release the payment only after the approval from uiic. Sir more than 2 years has lapsed and still I am waiting for my claim. There fore I approached you with the hope to instruct the uiic to release my claim

                                    I had purchased motor policy of my Vehicle no-GJ12BT-3595 from gandhidham United India insurance company office, Policy no-[protected]P[protected], Claim no- [protected]c[protected]/1, dt of accident: 29.09.2017, no decision or reply is coming from gandhidham office and ro office ahmedabad, as i am facing lots of financial burden of 8months emi, road tax, depreciation, business loss, We have also submitted all the valid documents of Vehicle with FIR and Panchnama Copy, FSL spot survey report, i had complain online greivance website i got replied that surveor has not submitted report, so i asked surveor that why you are not submitting report he replied that insurance company is denieng to take my report because of FSL report is missing, as i had submitted FSL spot report in which it is clearly mentioned that fire in vehicle was due to spark in diesel tank because bus meet with accident, no one is replying me when my claim will be settled as i email to RO office in month of feb on 21st and 24 th but no one replied me, insurance company asking for irrelevant documents FSL report, i had telehphonic complaint regarding my claim to R O office but no one replied me, I made complaint in IRDA but insurance company is not replying to them, I had made all attempts for my side but I am not getting any justice, I am waiting when my claim will be settled

Hospital coimbatore, ph[protected], admitted on 24.03.16 and discharged on 31.03.16, based on e-meditek approval we discharged the patient and submitted the bill for payment to them. E-meditek checked our claim and sent to united india delhi for payment under claim closure no.203 year 2016. Several mails sent to them and united india. The claims was not yet still. Hence we request you to pay the bill immediately at your end.

The amount of Rs 11134 is deducted from the total claim amount.
