My health insurance with uiic is almost two decades old. Evetry tim, e i submit a claim i get a rough response, and i am required to run to the hon'ble ombudsman for getting a settlement.

delay in payment for the last three months

I have policy for rs. 100000 but got claim only rs. 47973 worst unprofessional people no proper response from the insurance company.
My base policy was for rs. 50000 and purchased top up for another rs. 50000 in this total rs. 100000 they have approved only 47973 and not given any proper reason it is almost from last 2 years they keeping it pending saying they need some time to release the balance amount very bad company....
