Respected sir,
I am writing a complaint to inform about the insurance company (United india insurance) as they are not provinding an insurace claim for my industry (Mineral water plant). As oru company is affected by the flood of 2018 in kerala and oru machinaries and some gadgets got damaged. As the surveyiour came to our industry and i was not there
And they wrote as no damage was affected by us and they don’t even try to see oru industry and now they are telling us to go to court

Please take necessary actions against it sir

    While settling my claims for medical expenses incurred abroad the associate of the company applied inappropriate conversion rates. The company is highly lethargic. Takes unduly long time to process. When we complain, the company and associate point fingers at each other. I have brought it to the notice of chief grievance officer of the company. There are three of my claims pending with the company. Cases #[protected] and 02 and 329764.

      मै सत्यम झा मेरा कार एक्सीडेंट 11, 11, 2018 को हो गया है और यूनाईटेड इंडिया का 30, 12, 2018 तक ईंसोरेंस है लेकिन उसका क्लेम नहीं मिल रहा है अहमदाबाद में आश्रम रोड के ब्रांच पे गया तो पहलेतोउन्होंने कहा कि नाम ट्रांसफर क्यों नहीं किया कारण बताओ मैने लिखित मे दिया कि 25, 07, 2018 को ECCO GJ05JR8407 सेकंड गारी लिया और 5 दिन बाद 30, 07, 2018 को RTO मे नाम ट्रांसफर के अप्लाई किया फिर मैं सूरत से अहमदाबाद रहने आ गया इसलिए या किसी भी कारण से मुझे 04, 11, 2018 को नया आर सी कार्ड मेरे नाम का प्राप्त हूआ इसके बाद धनतेरस से भाईदूज तक सब छुट्टी था इसलिए ईंसोरेंस का नाम ट्रांसफर नहीं हो पाया था फिर ईंसोरेंसवाले ने मुझे 22 तकसारे ओरिजिनल पेपर्स लिया और पहले हां बोल कर बाद में क्लेम देने से मना कर दिया आप मेरा मदद कीजिये

        मे एक सालवेज बुएर हु और में सभी इन्शुरन्स कंपनी से काम करता हु, मेरा इन्शुरन्स की टोटल लोस्स गाड़िया इन्शुरन्स कंपनी से उठता हु अच्छे दाम देकर, पर अभी कुछ दिनों से अशोक गाजा जो यूनाइटेड इंडिया इन्शुरन्स ro अहमदाबाद मए बैठ ते है वो मुझसे रेट लेकर इन्शुरन्स कंपनी को नहीं देते और अपनी तरफ से दो या तीन क्वोटेशन लेकर मेरे रेट से काम में अपने सिलेक्टेड बुएर और प्राइवेट कंपनी को दे देते है जिस से इन्शुरन्स कंपनी को लोस्स उठाना पड रहा है मेने इनकी कम्प्लेन ro में भी की पर वो भी इस बात को घंभीरता से नहीं ले रहे। इसलिए मुझे ये कदम उठाना पड़ा। और अशोक जी गाड़िया कमीशन ले कर प्राइवेट कंपनी को दे रहे है जिस का मेरे पास सबूत भी है और वो ये काम काफी समय से कर रहे है मेरी आपसे विंनती है के आप अशोक गाजा की के खिलाफ सकती से काम ये और ये अपनी दुकान बंद करे

          We sent a claim application as on 25/07/2018of mr balakrishnan kalanadikolly, policy number[protected] dated 24/11/2015 to27/11/2018. But compay ask to submit the retag certificate (We are alrady submit it on14/12/2016), agine we submit the copy of retag certificate on 16/08/2018. The comany agine reject the claime by saying they are no reciving the retag certificate. It is not currect the through socity and the custome alone also set the retag certificate in the same month of december 2016. The socity ant the costomer hve proof on it. Please concider the application thare currective acting immediatly

              I claimed when my father admired in chohitram hospital in 3/3/17 for kidney problem.
              But insurance company reject 25% claim amount and said me that the disease is related to heart but it is not true and even I submitted doctor's letter in which it is clearly shows that the patient is admitted only for kidney infection.

              For my policy no.[protected], I had requested for insurance transfer 1 month back, even paid additional 1095/- as transfer charges which they asked but still no update.

              Customer care Do not pick phone at all, no reply to email sent. Really 1 of the worst insurance companies ever.

              STAY AWAY FROM United Indiais my advice!

                I preferred a claim under policy no. [protected]p[protected] in the name of m n subramanya. The tpa is vidal health, mumbai. The claim number is mum-1017-cl-0006194 and settlement no. Is mum-0518-cr-000398 and amount settled is rs. 144733.

                While settling the claim, an amount of rs. 8800 is disallowed for non submission of original report of pace maker.

                I may inform you that, subsequently i submitted the original report by contacting the hospital, on 16.5.2018, vide courier no. Kur[protected] of professional courier, which was delivered to the tpa on 18.5.2018. I subsequently kept contacting the tpa, who confirmed the receipt of the original report and assured to reimburse the amount at the earliest. This happened on many occasions. Finally, on 4.9.18, the tpa shockingly informed that they have not received the report.

                I made a detailed letter to the tpa on 4.9.18, explaining the details of conversations i had on various dates, where they confirmed continuously about availability of the document. I also enclosed the courier receipt, proof of delivery and also xerox xopy of the required report.

                I referred the matter to the grievence officer, customer care dept o[censored]ni ii, on many occasions. I have not heard from them.

                I approached the pace maker company to furnish another copy, for which they informed that the records are old and not available. Hence i requested the insurance company/ tpa to settle the matter based on the copy furnished by me, as it is the fault of tpa. Nothing has been done.

                I am a retired sickly person and unable to run around. The amount is substantial for me.

                An amount of rs. 2533 is dis allowed, as cost of glucomter strips are permissible.

                Kindly peruse the matter and arrange for reimbursement of the said rs. 8800 and 2533, immediately.

                    Reference my above claims i have sent all required documents to good heath insurance tpa hyderabad against both the above claims. I am sorry to write to you that more than 3 months have passed since submission of documents against there queries for claim no 215460 while more than 2 months have passed against claim no 218500. As per the latest status i understand from grievance department of ghpl that my both the claims has been processed and they are awaiting for payment details from the insurer, whereas as asked by them i have already submitted my bank details with the grievance department.
                    Since ghpl has already delayed the settlement by several months, while ghpl is your facilitator and you are wholly responsible for the payment. Hence i request you to please provide payment details to ghpl immediately without any further delay, under intimation to me at my e mail address nam. [protected]@gmail.com

                      Madam/sir,

                      We have taken mediclaim insurance from united indian insurance ltd in 2017 and thereafter renew it in 2018 for me and my spouse.in 2017 there was no any claim. The card is valid up to 19/05/2019. The card was issued by tpa medsave.

                      Suddenly, my spouse nandu chouhan age about 62 yrs attacked with onset and admitted to panel hospital kantilal gandhi memorial hospital, tata nagar, jharkhand.

                      The doctors admitted him for 5 days from 7/8/2018 under panel of tpa medsave.
                      The same is intimated to the medsave by the hospital.

                      Without going through the case, simply medsave rejected the claim saying not admissible.

                      I was helpless even i had the mediclaim policy. My spouse was suffering so much, i collected the money from the relative and pay the bill from my pocket to save my spouse.

                      I called the customer care of medsave, they said sometimes doctors are in hurry so please send the same in reimbursement.

                      We did the same. All documents whatever provided by the hospital at the time of discharge, we sent to the medsave office at 701a, lado sarai, mehrauli, new delhi - 110030.

                      Again doctors raised the irrelevant queries and i also complied the same attached herewith for your kind perusal and necessary action.

                      And, again simply medsave rejected the claim marking not admissible.

                      Therefore, we are praying from you for the judgement at your earliest.

                        My health insurance with uiic is almost two decades old. Evetry tim, e i submit a claim i get a rough response, and i am required to run to the hon'ble ombudsman for getting a settlement.
                        Recently i availed of surgical treatment of my left eye at sankar netralaya, chennai. I submitted my vouchers along with the necessary supporting documents for reimbursement of rs. 35.087.00. Quick came the refutal letter, as usual.
                        I attach my letter of claim, the uiic's letter of repudiation and my reply to it. More than a month has elapsed since my second letter. No reply from the insurer.
                        So, i approach you seeking redressal by way of getting me the reimbursement to be able to take further treatment necessary.

                            I would like to bring to your notice a very serious and unimaginable blunder in quoting premium for the group policy for retiree bank officers by united india insurance company to be issued to iba for all the member banks. This policy was started from 2015-16 and renewed from 2016, 2017 and 2017-18 premium was as under.
                            From this you will be able to understand the position and the methods being adopted by the insurance company for deciding the premium.

                            1. The insurance company had raised the premium every year as shown herein above:
                            2. The important factor is that as to how the premium can be revised every year and how the regulator is approving such an increase? Which norms will permit such a steep rise in the premium of one category of staff/ex-staff?
                            3. In the year 2017 the company took an excuse that the premium and claim ration is high for almost doubling the premium for the retiree officers.
                            4. Now in 2018 again they have mentioned the excuse of high ratio of premium and claim for quoting 123% rise in the premium for the retirees. Can there be claim more than the sum insured?
                            5. But have a look at what they are quoting:
                            A. For the policy of 4 lacks without domiciliary treatment the premium conveyed is rs. 28, 572.
                            B. With domiciliary treatment of 10% of sum assured within total sum insured of the policy of 4, 00, 000/-i. E. Rs. 40, 000/- the premium will go up to 82, 273 i. E. Increase by rs. 53, 701/- so if you do not opt for domiciliary treatment you are required to pay rs.28, 572 for 4, 00, 000/- if you take domiciliary than this 28, 572 will be charged for the sum assured of rs. 3, 60, 000 and you have to pay additional rs. 53, 701/- for allowing the domiciliary treatment of rs. 40, 000/-?
                            C. When company quoting the premium of 28, 572/- without domiciliary for 4 lacks how the premium will remain same for 3, 60, 000/-? The premium for 3, 60, 000 allowable for hospitalization will have to be reduced for rs. 40, 000 proportionately to rs. 25, 714.. The retiree is required to pay for domiciliary treatment of rs. 40, 000/- a separate additional premium of rs. 53, 701+2858 as mentioned earlier. How this aspect remained to be taken care?
                            D. Can anyone understand and explain how the premium of insurance can be more than the eligibility to claim insurance amount? Which rules and guidelines of the regulator irda permit this as claimed by the uiic in their communication? This type of quotation is unprecedented and unbelievable.
                            E. How the claim ratio can be made an excuse for quoting more than 100% premium amount against the insured amount?
                            F. If this way the increase in premium by the iba is to be considered the insurance company will double the premium next year and so on.
                            G. It is a serious breach of trust and definite case of the deliberately forcing the retirees by the company to ensure that all retirees are kept out of the policy.

                            6. Moreover, as mentioned above, when the amount of premium is separate for the amount to be considered for domiciliary treatment i. E. 10% or 40, 000 from the policy of 4, 00, 000/, - the amount of premium for remaining 90% amount i. E. Rs. 3, 60, 000/- cannot remain same. The company has done this excess charge in the year 2015, 2016, and 2017 also which has to be refunded with interest to the insured.
                            7. The same company is offering the policy to the serving employees at a much less premium. For the sum assured of rs. 4, 00, 000/- the policy covers the domiciliary treatment of the officer, spouse, children and parents of the employee. But the retirees are permitted the policy for self and spouse only. Why this discrimination?
                            8. Whether the parents of the serving employee remain young and are not old like the retired employee? If the serving employees are more than 40 years of age than in 99% cases the parents must be more than 60 years of age are they not old like retired employees?
                            9. If we just imagine that some employee takes a policy as serving employee at the age of 59 years and his parents are of the age of near to 80 years. He will get the policy, till he becomes 60 years, at a premium applicable to serving employees for self, spouse, parents and children also with domiciliary treatment and the premium will be paid by the bank. But look at his plight next year. When he retires before the renewal in october, the renewal will be for self and spouse only, premium has to be borne by the retired employee and the premium will jump to 82, 273. Don’t you agree it is surprising and astonishing?
                            Please take some immediate corrective step[s and the company may please cbe stopped from looting the bank retirees.
                            We are confident you will consider the matter as serious and will give justice to us. The employees who could not take the policy due this beyond reach increase in premium, please advise the company to permitting them also after making necessary corrections in the premium.

                              My wife is a member of the above company insurance holder no. Ma-id[protected] pol. No.120200/28/17/p1/[protected]domi in the name of my wife sushila singh. She is suffering from cancer & is under treatment of dr deepak gupta oncologist & dr nitin khunteta oncologist in h. C. G. Cancer institute jaipur & has sent a bill of rs 2.52 lacs about three months back but has still not been paid so far. Reasons given under review every time. Patient is suffering a lot due to shortage of money. I therefore, request you kindly to help in expediting payment.

                                My claim 17719439 is pending it is long over due the reasons are unknown please help in expediting the bill non payment. Worries are increasing. My wife is suffering from cancer & the treatment is going on in jaipur. Treatment is in mid way & am suffering financial hardships due to non payment of bills

                                I submitted a bill for rs.2.52 lakhs three months back regarding payment of my wife who is a cancer patient my claim no.Is 17719439.Ticket no. Is 5018295. After so many complaints & queries they only narrate working on payment with no results.The patient condition requires immediate attention.Please help

                                  My earlier health insurance policy under family floater plans is running with uiico which had been expired on 30 sept 18. Uiico also running a similar health insurance policy since beginning as synd arogya which has different sets of premium and having relatively lower than the first one having same sum assured and same facilities associated. When i opted them to switchover my family in this policy insurance company denied which is contradicted the guidelines of insurance regulatory authority (Irda) again irda had permitted portability among insurance companies. Here is portability issue is within the same company which uiico is violating
                                  Hence insurance authority look into the matter and amend the guidelines and direct their offices to allow switchover from one plan to other plan within the same company so general public must be benefited

                                    I have insured my car through policy bazar with united india insurance do-14 and i claimed my amount in the month of may 2018. My policy no is-[protected] & my claim file no. Is 3549 in the office (Od hub rod2 scope minar, door no-core 4, floor no-1, laxmi nagar, delhi, new delhi-110092). I contacted this office several times through telephone but till today i did not get my claimed amount.

                                      Hi sir/team,

                                      At utmost worst situation i'm forced to write this complaint for my car damage claim, which is pending since may 2017.

                                      The accident took place in may 2017, where the entire car got damaged. Earlier i submitted the full quotation from chevrolet workshop for around 7.3 lakhs.

                                      However, the counter claim amount which was offered to me was around 3-4 lakhs. Since i was in financial crisis, i was not in the situation to add another 3 lakhs for getting the car repaired.

                                      Later after few discussions with the rm and the surveyor, i was told that company will process a cash loss refund in which i would get a lump-sum amount and i can get the vehicle repaired anywhere i want.

                                      Now, this story has been dragged over the period of 17th months. Initially i was told there were 3 rm's has been changed during a phase of 6 months.

                                      Later, in every week or 2, i would get a new demand for some or the other new documents. Finally i have submitted all the below listed documents to the surveyor.

                                      Its my humble request to get my claim processed at the earliest.

                                        My mom was admitted in the hospital on last wednesday.. After treatment doctors said that they will discharge on saturday night... But heritage is not working on sunday... That's okay... And coming to monday when i tried to call them they were not lifting the call.. There office timings and lunch timings are not proper at all (Not fixed they can go as they wish to lunch for hours n hours) again i tried to call them 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm they didn't attend my call saying that they went for lunch... And speaking unprofessionally, rudely.. And saying that customers should speak with customer care very politely.. Is this the way to treat with customers.. Finally approved bill after 72 hours... We are awaited in hospital for 72 hours... Unsatisfied with customer care... They should show some respect towards customers
