United India Insurance Company [UIIC] — undue delay in settlement of insurance claim | |||
I have purchased insurance policy from POLICY BAZAR and insurance claim was forwarded vide dispatch no. 58 dated 11.4.2018 from United India Insurance Hisar (Haryana)Branch. Details are as follow Honda Activa HR20AA 5447 POLICY NO.[protected]( from[protected] to[protected] Very poor response from the Hisar Branch.They are telling that since I have purchased policy from POLICY BAZAR instead of branch, therefore, I have to suffer for payment of claim.They are making me to lose faith/trust in Policy Bazar. They have also charged Rs 1300/- in cash from me as SURVEYOR FEE. I have neither received claim nor surveyor fee refund so far. Delay of approximately 04 months. Yes, The united India insurance co is delaying all the claims. They didn't bothered of customer satisfaction. They don't want any body t claim, will interested in issuing policy and get money
