Dear Sir, Referring to the subject above we have renew a Family Medicare Policy No.:[protected]P[protected] from kota branch on 03.12.2015 for Rs. 8 Lac. We received a inland letter card from E-MEDITEK regarding this policy. In this letter policy no., valid from, valid up to, age etc . all are wrong mentioned. We have a feedback on site of [protected]@emeditek.com but there is no response from the site. You are requested to correct the said details in cards and send it again to our address in shape of laminated cards as you sent earlier years as soon as possible. My car rj32ca2933 got accident on 8mar 2016 and i put my car in Chevrolet workshop on 10 march abd given intimation to your jhunjhunu branch but today 3 may 2016 your servear is not responding properly and they are not relising the d o amount so i can get my car.
plz resolve my problem 2 months gone till today.
