[Resolved] UniverCell Communications — No proper service done and no proper feedback from Univercell showroom manager--Ooty branch | |||
Sir; I have brought a HCL me V1 tablet from univercell showroom in Ooty branch on 01/04/2013 after i faced software problem in the tablet.Then i gave it to univercell showroom Ooty branch for servicing on 04/09/2013 then i received my tablet after 41 days. Then i found that tablet 1.Display has been changed 2.Button has been misplaced 3.Display problem, Damages at the edges. But Univercell showroom Manager informed me problem is only due to Software problem so they have been only reseted they won't open the display--Information given by the showroom Manager. Then we informed them about above said problem then they sent mail to [protected]@univercell.in. But till now they(univercell showroom) won't give proper feedback to me so please take necessary action to rectify the problem in my Tablet as soon.
