UniverCell — Handset replacement

Dear sir/madam, I bought a new mobile in univercell parrys branch at chennai. I know if it was damage or defects definitely I ll go to service centre but it has battery tightness less also shakes so it gets switch off after restart, So I asked the employee to replace but the answer was irresponsible also guilty. I showed him he also realized handset has same.it is their responsible to replace so they are cheating my lord pls take action on them I ll look forward for your help.
