UniverCell — i have given my mobile under warranty for service.. but the shop in negotiating 3k to 3.5k to return it.

very poor customer care... initially while buying my mobile HTC Desire V, the executives where pleasing but while the problem occurs within the warranty period they were careless about the problem.. and they have taken a complaint at 5.1.2014. i was waiting a long for the status of my mobile... and enquired the shop. Finally they were in negotiation of 3k to 3.5k. even my mobile was in theft and breakage warranty. please need a relevant action.
