since one month i am waiting for my new phone.I bought new phone on 31-nov-2-14 and that phone get heated up and i got DOA certificate from service center and i give it from the univercell muvattupuzha and they didnt give me the replaced phone now its 3 week after my submition of DOA certificate.i am not able to use this phone till one month so i want the money back they are not will for that my bill no.0536340 kindly solve it as soon as possible regards cibin jacob Was this information helpful? | |||
