My name is S.Parthiban. I have bought a new mobile in universal at 100feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore, before 2.5months back. From starting itself i am not satisfied with that purchase because of the salesman and the manager in the shop. The issue is that, i thought to buy a mobile with my own interest and price. But sales man had shown me a mobile Lenova A280i with the price of Rs.5300/- and told me that you got a free gift of travel charger as well as 1000/- Rs cash back offer. I believed him and purchased and received the travel charger. I asked him when i will receive my cashback and how i will receive? He told me, i will be receiving through cheque in the courier with in a week. Particularly i have asked him its a gift voucher or a cheque. He told me its a cheque. Then by coming outside, i heard this mobile costs around Rs.3450/- from my mobile shop friend and also i have verified through internet. From there the problem starts. Even this all happened i have accepted all this without my satisfaction. After a day of purchase the travel charger was on complaint. I walked to the show room after a week and reported to sales man. He told me to come on next time. Note that, my walk in to the showroom for many times. At last i have received a travel charger by handing over the old one. But i have informed to the manager in the show room about my cash back offer. He told me, he don't know about that. I don't know what i want to do. But one thing i know very well that, i have received a dis-respectful service over there. Till now a 2.5months gone away. Any way! whether i will receive my 1000/- Rs cash back?
