[Resolved]  UniverCell Telecommunications — No refund of 750 on scratch card that i won along with accessory of sony headphone

sony head phone is the offer on sony xperia dual and i have not been given the offer due to lack of stock since 3 weeks. also i won a scratch card discount of 750rs which is not yet delivered to me for a refund. How do i claim both that is rightfully mine.

i purchased this mobile and made several calls to Univercell Ashok nagar, chennai but i get no positive reply yet.
Please help me get what Univercel owes to me .Is this how Univercel treats a customer?
