Universal Sompo — Health claim | |||||
I am writing to complain about my son health insurance claim being rejected. I took 3 heath insurance policy from universal sompo march 1, 2017. And my son mate with an accident on april 2, 2017, same day i applied for the claim after 50 days the company sent me claim rejection mail. My son was learning activa, and he mates with accident 3rd day. He fell from activa when changing root. It's was not an accident with any other person or vehicle. When he applied for the claim he already told the company that he doesn't have a license. But he told them that he is now learning stage. The company is only finding the way to rejecting the claim. Because they know he doesn't have a license. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim. I look forward When i took the health insurance nobody asks me about license and etc. Documents. They only told give money only we will do all. Now the company is showing their fraud idea. Universal Sompo just try to find reason for rejection and they are giving very non genuine reason for claim rejection, with this attitude Universal Sompo will not able to compete with other Insurance company, and not getting the faith of other customer. They are very new in market and unknown for every one, but some one can believe on them and they are not with him in his bad time- this is not good sign of business. In other hand other big brand spend millions of rupees for making brand and here Universal Sompo loosing faith for very less amount. Money is not that much big thing but faith is very big thing.
