Tn02ba6351 previous insurer universal sompo Date of incident 10/09/2017 Full description of the incident: the car in parked condition in the parking area in our apartment during 10th morning it was seen that the emblem letter vx was missing and below the tail lamp was poked and the rear dicky and the bannet were also dented and damaged.in addition the left hand side quarter panel and left hand side door were also dented and damaged. Owing to the reason we both owner and the nominee are govt. Servants and office going made a call to m/s olympia honda to send their driver on priority basis for service. Incidently or accidently the vehicle was taken for service on 14/09/2017 at 1.40pm and claim was resorted for all rectifications but rear dicky and rear bumper alone rectified on approval of your surveyor. Inspite of repeated authentic explanations the other claims tail lamp replacement which is directly connected with the impact and falling of emblem and left hand door and quarter panal was not unattended as the same was not approved by the surveyor informed the honda service person which is supposed to be informed through black and whilte i made it my claim on the same respect. Kindly do the needful to exhaust my claim at the earliest or i may suitably informed with apropriateness to settle the contract legally, as my insurance expires on 9/11/2017.
