I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Pondicherry on 22/2/20 and it was scheduled at 7.25 am from Guindy.. the driver's line was bzy ryt from 6.30am. So i Enquired customer care personnel abt the current schedule. Inspite of being present on time, the driver left me behind, even without a call. When he attended mine, he made me travel abt 8 km more ( all the way from Guindy to OMR road), stating that he is waiting there but actually left without waiting.I have raised a complaint twice, still has recieved no proper response, or call, or message or an email.. worst ever service by universal.
