Universal Travels — Bus service from Chennai to Velankanni

Bus was very late in boarding point and no proper response from team. Staffs are very rude. Heavy rain and buss is leaking. No higher authorities are picking the call. One of the worst bus service providers. Im now in the bus and they are not even stopping for lu or for tea . Time now is 8 am . Got in to the bus at 12 pm. Kids and ladies are suffering in this bus.
