Worst service ever. Firstly is u don't have proper timing. I was traveling from pondicherry to trivandrum on 6pm bus. And its not mentioned that it was passing through vellankanni. Hence i lost my time. And at last when we reached nagercoil it was horrible. They said that the bus which we were travelling was only up to nagercoil. That also was not mentioned at the time of booking. And horrible to say that the second bus which we get in was the bus which was from pondicherry at 8.30pm. Guess the time. Didnt finish universal horrible there. And we have to wait in nagercoil bbusstand for half an hour and not even in bus. And at last bus came. Again it take 15 minute. Reason will wonders every one. Because they want to change the blanket and seat cover. Every passengers have to get don't for this unwanted activity. Is it good as bus journey will finish only at trivandrum??? No blanket seat cover no window curtons... So if you don't know how to run an establishment efficiently please shut it. Do another work you can. Don't waste time and a day of so many passenger's. Worst worst worst...
