Dear sir, i have booked a bus ticket on 5th july 2017. From coimbatore to virudhchalam. Pnr - uni 1901276 Name - kathiravan Seat number - 7 Boarding time - 11pm I got information around 9 that the bus was cancelled due to break down and the ticket amount will be refunded by next day morning. But i didn't receive my money. Again 2 times i complained to coimbatore office ([protected]) by phone call and third time message reminder but no response from that side. I was wait in boarding point for 1 and half hour but no place to sit we are totally 5 people including my parents, bus operator which they have tie up(saravana travels) treating like I don't know wait for some time until bus arrives.
